This berry and ricotta toast is healthy, tasty, and couldn't be simpler to throw together. Just a handful of ingredients gets you lovely little breakfast.

Toast a little bread, smear on some ricotta, top with berries, and drizzle it all with some honey. Done and done.
Time to get a little patriotic with our breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- ricotta cheese, see notes
- 2-3 strawberries, sliced
- small handful of blueberries
- honey
Instructions
- Toast the bread
- Spread ricotta cheese on each slice.
- Top with berries and a drizzle of honey.
