Cupcakes

Sometimes I think that I actually prefer cupcakes to a full-sized cake. They're cute, individually portioned, and the frosting to cake ratio is superb. I think all of these recipes are delicious, but the Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream and Hot Chocolate Cupcakes are a couple of my favorites.
