Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pour the heavy cream, milk, salt, and simple syrup into a glass or jar.
  • Submerge the end of your milk frother in the liquid and froth for 20-30 seconds, or until the cold foam is thick, creamy, and fluffy. Stop well short of making whipped cream.
  • Pour cold brew coffee into a glass with ice. Sweeten with caramel syrup, as desired
  • Pour the salted cold foam onto the cold brew.

Notes

  • You can make a bigger batch of this cold foam by multiplying the amount of the ingredients by however many coffees you'd like to make
