- 3 ounces fresh watermelon juice see notes
- 3 ounces champagne/prosecco/sparkling wine see notes
- To make fresh watermelon juice, add cubed fresh watermelon to a blender or food processor. Blend/process until smooth. Strain the pureed watermelon through a fine mesh strainer. Store the watermelon juice in the fridge (should keep for a few days). As the juice sits, it will separate a bit. Just give everything a stir when you're ready to use it.
- Use whatever kind of bubbly you like: champagne, cava, prosecco, sparkling wine...
- You can adjust the proportions of watermelon juice to bubbly according to your preferences? Like a bit more juice? Add it. Want more bubbles? Add them!
