Cream Cheese Cold Foam

Cream Cheese Cold Foam, sometimes called Cheese Foam, is the perfect creamy topping for iced coffee and tea drinks. It's light, creamy, and just a bit tangy. It's like liquid cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese heaping
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon 2% milk
  • ½ ounce vanilla simple syrup

Instructions

  • Add whipped cream cheese to the bottom of a jar or a glass.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and 2% milk to cream cheese. Using a spoon or the end of your milk frother, stir the cream cheese and cream/milk together, giving a head start to combine before frothing.
  • Add vanilla syrup.
  • Froth with a milk frother until light and fluffy and everything is well-combined, but before it fully turns to whipped cream.
  • Pour the cold foam over the top of your drink of choice.
