- 1 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce raspberry simple syrup
- 2 ounces vodka
- fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Add the lemon juice, raspberry simple syrup, and vodka to a cocktail shaker. Add a large ice cube or two to the shaker.
Shake until very cold (about 10 seconds) before straining the drink into a glass.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry or two, if desired.
- You can use store bought raspberry syrup if you don't want to make homemade raspberry simple syrup (though it's so easy and delicious that I highly recommend making your own!)
- Want to shake up two of these drinks? Just double the ingredients in your cocktail shaker.
- Use raspberry vodka if you really want to amp up the raspberry flavor and color!
