Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • ricotta cheese see notes
  • 2-3 strawberries sliced
  • small handful of blueberries
  • honey

Instructions

  • Toast the bread 
  • Spread ricotta cheese on each slice. 
  • Top with berries and a drizzle of honey.
