Start heating a large pot of water over medium-high heat until boiling (for the rice noodles).
Heat the sesame oil in a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions, garlic, sriracha, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the ground pork and cook until cooked through, crumbling it as you go.
Combine the brown sugar, fish sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the skillet. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken a bit.
Add the fresh Thai basil. Turn off the heat once the basil has wilted.
Cook the rice noodles according to directions on the package. Add cooked, drained noodles to the skillet and toss until the noodles are coated in the sauce.
Garnish with additional Thai basil and serve immediately.
