- 30 fresh cherries pitted
- 750 mL plain vodka
Place your pitted cherries in the bottle or container that you'll use for infusing the vodka.
Fill the bottle with vodka.
Store it in a cool dry place for 3-5 days, giving it a gentle shake occasionally.
Once the vodka has been infused to your liking, strain out and discard the cherries.
Continue to store the vodka in a cool dry place for about 6 weeks or in the fridge for about 3 months.

- 1 serving size = 1.5 ounce shot of vodka
- You can also use frozen cherries instead of fresh
- Use a good, but not great, vodka for this recipe. I use Smirnoff. No need to get Grey Goose or anything.
