White Christmas Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • 3 ounces white cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce triple sec
  • 3 ounces champagne see notes
  • fresh cranberries and rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the water onto a small plate; spread the sugar onto another small plate.
  • Dip the rim of the champagne flute into the water, then dunk the moistened rim into the sugar, coating the rim with the sugar.
  • Pour the white cranberry juice into the champagne flute, followed by the triple sec.
  • Top everything off with bubbly.
  • Garnish the flute with fresh cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Notes

  • You can use any kind of bubbly that you like: champagne, prosecco, sparkling wine
