Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ - ½ English cucumber grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon kosher fresh mint chopped
  • salt to taste

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
