Cranberry Jello Salad
This Cranberry Jello Salad is sweet, tangy, and incredibly easy to make. A handful of ingredients get mixed together, and after a short stint in the fridge, make a delicious, easy side dish.

- 3 oz box cranberry-flavored Jello see notes
- 1 cup hot water
- 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 orange juiced and zested
- ¾ cup pecans chopped
Dissolve the box of Jello in the hot water
Add the cranberry sauce and stir well
Add the crushed pineapple, orange juice and zest, and chopped pecans
Pour the Jello mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to overnight
- Though cranberry-flavored Jello is preferred, feel free to use raspberry or cherry, too.
