  • 1 ½ cups Chobani Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ - ½ English cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbs kosher fresh mint, chopped
  • salt to taste
