Hard Cider Cranberry Sauce

- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 cup hard craft cider
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- zest of 1 orange
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Once things have come up to a simmer, cook for 15 minutes or so. The longer you allow it to cook, the thicker it will become.
Remove the cranberry sauce to a bowl and let it cool. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
