Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pour the milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk into a glass or jar. Froth with a milk frother for 10-15 seconds, or until it begins to thicken.
  • Add the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to the cold foam. Froth for another 10-15 seconds, or until it reaches the desired thickened, fluffy consistency. Stop short of creating peaks (i.e., don't make whipped cream).
  • Pour cold coffee into a glass over ice.
  • Pour the pumpkin cold foam on the top of the cold brew.

Notes

  • Make sure to use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling
  • I would not recommend making this cold foam ahead of time. The foam will deflate over time.
