Ingredients

  • 6 sprigs rosemary fresh
  • 3.5 cups plain vodka

Instructions

  • Place the sprigs of rosemary into a jar (or other container that can be sealed). Top with vodka.
  • Seal the container and wait 5 days. You'll see the vodka go from colorless to a clear gold/green.

Notes

  • Use your preferred plain, middle-of-the-road (in terms of quality) vodka here. No need to use Belvedere or anything like that.
  • Taste the vodka occasionally during the infusion process. Stop whenever you are happy with the flavor.
