Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and basil-infused vodka to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until very cold and double strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with fresh basil.
- You can use a plain, unflavored, simple syrup or use a basil simple syrup, for more basil flavor, if desired
- If you don't have basil-infused vodka, you can use plain vodka and muddle some fresh basil leaves in the bottom of your cocktail shaker before adding the other ingredients. It won't be exactly the same, but it will give you some basil flavor.
