- ⅔ cup granulated sugar see notes
- 2 tbs pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Coffee
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the half and half, sweetener, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spices. Whisk everything together until the sweetener is totally dissolved and the mixture is steaming. Make sure to not allow it to come to a boil.
Strain everything through a fine mesh strainer (and cheesecloth, if you have it). Transfer the Pumpkin Spice Cream to a clean swing top bottle or a jar with a lid and refrigerate.
Combine 8-12 oz of cold brew coffee and 2-4 oz pumpkin spice cream over ice.
- I used granulated sugar, but you can feel free to experiment with whatever sweetener you prefer.
