Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, whipped until stiff
  • toppings of choice
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Pour the milk, beaten egg yolks, vegetable oil, and vanilla over the flour mixture. Whisk until just combined. The batter will be lumpy.

  3. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter. The batter will still be lumpy.

  4. Pour batter into your waffle maker and cook until they reach the desired color.
  5. Top with whatever your heart desires.
