Hey everyone! I know things have a been a little slow around here lately, but I wanted to quickly bring you an easy and tasty cookie that you can whip up in no time flat. My mom showed me the recipe, so I’m not sure exactly where she found it. Pardon the world’s worst picture of cookies… I promise that they’re really good!
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a bowl until well mixed. Add the bag of baking chips.
Allow dough to chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Drop the dough in rounded balls onto un-greased cookie sheets and bake for 8-9 minutes.
