Not to toot my own horn but, you know… beep beep. These margaritas are delicious and deadly. I learned the basic method from my friend, Emily, and have adapted it for this recipe.
- 2 oz. tequila (I used Costco brand añejo, but whatever type or brand you like will work)
- Splash of water
- 2 oz. pomegranate juice
- Squirt of lime juice
- Agave nectar, to taste
- Optional: margarita salt or sugar, for rimming glasses
In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, water, juices, agave nectar, and a few ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and (preferably) a salted rim.
