I came across this (originally nameless) cocktail on the blog The Tampopo Press. A friend, Brian, gets credit for coming up with the fabulously appropriate name “Kentucky Mule”.
I’m especially excited to share this one with you because I find it to be particularly delicious. The ginger beer keeps the bourbon-apple cider combo from being too sweet, and actually makes it a bit spicy. It really hits the spot.

- Ginger beer
Combine these ingredientsin a 2:2:1 ratio in a glass with ice. Garnish with an apple slice if you’re feeling fancy.
